Any benefits desired. You can also include other non-traditional benefits, like sick/vacation policy, pay days, and emergency contacts.

What customization is done to make the guide specific to my company?
- We include your logo and company name.
- We include the specific benefits and benefit details that you provide.
What limits do I have on details for each card face?
You are just limited by size. The more information you would like on the card face, the smaller the font, and the more complex it may look. Less is more!
How long does it take to get our cards ordered and delivered?
The average time is about 10-15 days.
How many drafts are included in your price quotation?
We create a single proof including all the details that you request. We then submit that to you for approval. Changes to this proof should be “adjustments”, not revisions, or changes in style. Changes to the wallet card that deviate outside of the original request are billed on an hourly basis.
Do we get an actual copy of a draft or a PDF?
We supply a PDF which can be marked up manually or online.
If I find an error after we print, can we fix it?
No.
Can you ship to more than one location?
Yes. Separate shipping charges are incurred and billed.
Can you ship directly to the employee?
Yes. Separate shipping charges are incurred and billed.
Should we update the guide when changes occur?
Yes. Most employers do a new version annually.
Can you provide us with a PDF and let us print ourselves?
No, the multi-fold design has a patent-pending in both the U.S. and international patent offices. Violators of the patent will be prosecuted and damages sought. It is much simpler and cheaper to have us print for you.
